Financing Needs

We help clients raise capital either as an agent or as a principal. Acting as an agent on behalf of our clients, we at VCM can raise equity or debt capital through our network of financial services providers. We specialize in finding the most advantageous part of the capital structure and then pursuing options based on the unique needs of the Captive. VCM also selectively invests its own proprietary capital into new Captives. We also have the capability to assist the principal owners of our Captives in meeting the financing needs of their underlying operating businesses.
